Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 7:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

1.Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it.

After 1 hours, our order will enter the packing process.

Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

2. What if the microphone stand is  damaged in transit?

We are sorry you did not receive the microphone stand products intact (such as broken, fractured, unable to support microphone, etc.).

4. How long are returns valid for?

Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the microphone stand products arrives.

If you have received the microphone stand products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

5. About back goods freight and re-listing fees

7. Refund amount

Once the returned microphone stand arrives at’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
